Who am I?

Hi! I’m Rob! attended Dalhousie University to study Psychology because I love to try to understand the nature of the human mind. During this time, I competed on the Varsity Track and Field team as a pentathlete. Though I’d always been an active person, it was during my time on this team that sparked my desire to better understand the beautiful machine that is the human body. Thus, I went on to pursue my Masters degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. I am passionate about health and wellness, and strive to embody a sustainable healthy lifestyle. My intention is to marry these disciplines - Psychology and Kinesiology - to provide for you the opportunity to better understand your own relationship with your mind and your body, and foster a lifestyle of positive thinking, activity, and nutrition that you can pursue long after our sessions are complete. Further, I want to foster a team of trainers that embody this same vision of long-lasting health habit development. We want you to become Sustainably Fit.
